1. Course Cancellation Policy

• As our courses are delivered in digital format (videos, PDFs, tests), cancellation is not allowed once the course is purchased and access is granted.
• Users are advised to thoroughly read course details and watch available previews before making any payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

We follow a strict no-refund policy, except in the following genuine cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same course, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
• Technical Issue: If access to the course is not provided within 48 hours and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team, a refund will be initiated.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under eligible conditions, you must:

• Email us at info@shreerambikaner.com within 7 days of the transaction
• Mention the full name, registered email ID/phone number, payment screenshot, and the reason for the refund

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

• User changes mind after course purchase
• User fails to access due to personal internet/device issues
• Course partially accessed or completed
• Course expired
